Loved Kayk and went there every week because of the pastries. They had an excellent choice of products with amazing quality. You could taste that all of the ingredients were high quality too. Since it’s Tres x Kayak the quality of the products has gone down the hill.The cruffins are dry, stale, lacking layers, the pistachio filling lacks taste and the pistachio butter just tastes old. Furthermore the selection of the baked goods is quite sad now and the products decreased in size. 2 Stars for at least still being vegan. Would leave zero stars if I could. This place was very limited. Had no room for substitutions with food allergies (I have Celiac and when I asked if we could substitute fruit for the bread, I was told strictly no), the wait staff was not only slow but also not apologetic for forgetting part of our order. They also made no attempt to compensate for the forgotten food. We waited 30-minutes for four egg dishes that were all the same (scrambled egg, mixed greens and toasted bread), then waited an additional 10-minutes for my husbands "forgotten" eggs benedict.

UPDATED: This review was for the former cafe occupying this space. * Sweet vegan (dessert) cafe. Calm colors, friendly service, good coffee (with oat milk), and tasty vegan treats. Unfortunately most things had soy/hazelnuts so there was not much of a choice for me, but the choice I made was a good one.
