Good food, but bad service!

When our party arrived, we were not greeted and therefore sat down ourselves. We then had to wait 10 minutes for the waiter to even notice us (after having to almost shout) and then another 5 minutes for him to actually greet us. We had already had time to look over the menu and thus wanted to order right away. Despite this, our waiter Leon just threw the menus down in a pile and tried to walk away. We did get his attention eventually though. While ordering, our server acted high and when the food came out, (which i must add, was delicious) it was a smaller size portion, despite us not being informed of there being different size options on the menu.

Had we gotten a different server, I would recommend this...

The food was good. But unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience.

The waiter was openly rude and unprofessional. He ignored us, walked away while we were placing our order, and showed zero interest in helping us understand the daily menu. His attitude made it very clear he didn’t want to be there, and the way he looked at us felt like we were bothering him just by asking questions.

Tip to the restaurant: if you care about your customers, don’t hire staff who don’t want to work. Please give him a raise as he is clearly unhappy with his life. This kind of service is unacceptable.

Horrific experience! Crazy aggressive waiter that threatened us verbally and physically!

I don’t know what his problem was- we were seated and he was aggressively asking us to be patient- and we told him “we are- we are looking at the menu- we don’t want to order YET (as in give us time)”. He misunderstood that we don’t want to order “at all” and was screaming like crazy- that we can’t sit here. Trying to explain didn’t help! We left and he he chased us- swearing and threatening.
