We didn't hire from this branch, but we called here and they suggested we collected bikes from the hotel gat point Charlie. Apparently they supply the bikes to that hotel. The bikes that were there were old, battered, broken, badly maintained and not safe. We were given 3 bikes before we found once without any major defects, even so i had to adjust the brake and gear cables to get them to work safely. I was told by the hotel receptionist that they are only serviced every few weeks and it takes a while to get any repairs done. I could go on about broken pedals, snapped seat quick release, broken baskets with rusty sharp edges but in short they were badly maintained sub standard bikes. And to top it all on return to the hotel the receptionist couldn't care less, told me the defects to the bikes weren't his problem and that there was nothing he was prepared to do about it. There was no manager available and that was that. Given the state of these bikes and the service we received on returning them the 2* rating...

Leider bin ich enttäuscht. Ich habe dieser Café eine zweite Chance gegeben. Das Personal ist genauso unfreundlich wie im Hauptrestaurant. Man muss sehr lange warten, obwohl sich das Lokal als Street-Food-Lokal positioniert, aber die Wartezeit ist so lang. Drinnen ist es sehr gemütlich und kreativ. Aber die Einstellung des Personals verdirbt alles. Man kann keinen Wein im Glas kaufen! Die Präsentation der Speisen ist "schick". Der Teig für Khinkali ist sehr dick. Der Teig in Khachapuri ist nicht durchgebacken, zu salzig.

Ich sollte darauf hinweisen, dass wir die Einzigen im Café waren.

Seit drei Wochen gibt's kein Toiletten!!!!

К сожалению, разачарован. Второй шанс дал этому заведению. Персонал такой же максимально недружелюбный, как и в главном ресторане. Приходится очень долго ждать, хотя заведение позиционирует себя как стрит-фуд, но время ожидания максимально долгое. Внутри довольно уютно, креатиано. Но, отношение сотрудников всё портит. Нельзя купить вино по бокалам! Подача блюд - " шикарная". Тесто у хинкали очень толстое. Тесто у хачапури не пропечёное, слишком солёное. Замечу, в кафе были мы одни.

В самом конце нас хотели...

We were the only customers there but we had to wait so long. They only offer take away wood knife and fork which was difficult to cut. You have to pay 14€ for just cheese, egg and flour which you get bored after eating few bites. Definitely better to eat Italian Pizza. In the end we couldn’t even eat half. Also worker can’t speak German and his English isn’t enough to communicate with...
