Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Berlin

I ordered one for take away within second I got the order but it was too cold and no of items nearly 5 was less in my bucket. I want to use the bill for reimbursement. I told them do not tear it. But the working students did not give me any respect to my sentence they teared my bill by two. Such bad customer service. Once again I went there and order chickenwings for dine in but they gave within second and all the pieces were so small. But in other kfc shops in Berlin use to give medium pieces. I took take away on 31.12.2023 at 6.30 pm 18 chicken wings piece but when I checked after reaching home to eat, it was only 14 pieces. I called them several times no one picked up my call. Next day I went there and complained and explained about to 5 staffs continuesly. Finally the one of there higher staff said to me. Its my mistake that I did not complain through email. Because of that I won't get any pay back. Such a nasty place I didn't see in my life. Even though at night they will through all the food left over there in to dustbin. But when I asked my right. After sending the feedback/complain to the central management, I was taken really seriously. The management put lots of effort to change my mind and proved they are capable of improving the service and solving the problems that customers complain about. I was rewarded with some free food that tasted mega delicious! Thank you very much!

My previous complain (16.09.2022): "The crispy roll I ordered yesterday that costed more than 5 Euros, had triangle shape, was closed from up and opened from down. There was almost no salad inside. Just two minimalistic crispies and souse. The roll was light like a pop corn box. If it was a 1-2 Euro Roll, I would understand. But if you are paying at least 3 Euros, you would expect something better than that. What's worse is that they admitted this was done by a new worker and still refused to pay me back my money or make a new one like I insisted. AVOID - AVOID - AVOID

Worst KFC experience in Europe and America. We ordered a Kentucky bucket non spicy with two fries and two coleslaws, a Crunch Burger BBQ and a Cheese Crunch Burger. First of all, the Kentucky bucket was spicy (oh well... I guess whatever), but then, two wings and one breast were missing from the bucket and the Cheese Crunch Burger was nowhere to be found. One box of fries was simply dumped upside down and the fries were all at the bottom of the bag. Of the food I paid for, the one I was actually given wasn't great. On top of this, the guy putting the food on the counter for customers to pick up kept scratching his neck while touching everybody's food. Another guy taking orders kept reminding customers to keep their masks up while he himself left his nose out. Absolutely avoid this place. Your hard earned money deserve to be spent better than this. The employees in general seemed to be annoyed with the customers. I won't bother them again and...
