Oh my! Me and my family came here for 3 days to travel and the best part of my day has been having breakfast here! Everything looks as amazing as they taste, staff is the nicest and the atmosphere is just so calming and fresh! Highly recommend the avocado toast with eggs, and couple goals breakfast. Smoothies and juices are freshly made right in front of you, you can find menus in english, german and spanish! Definitely stop by here and at least have a cup of chai tea latte! Ich bewerte nicht das bestimmt sehr leckere Essen, das konnte ich bisher nicht probieren. Ich bewerte den unfassbaren Ablauf einer gescheiterten Abholung via „ToGoodToGo“ App. Um 15:25 habe ich reserviert und sogar mit dem Laden telefoniert um zu gucken ob mir das vegetarische der drei verfügbaren Gerichte zurückgelegt werden kann. Sie sagte sie versucht es, kann es aber nicht versprechen. Ich sagte ok, ich riskiere es. Ich war 7 Minuten später da als geplant, um 15:57. Ich stand vor einem geschlossenen Geschäft obwohl die Abholzeit in der App bis 16 Uhr angegeben war und maps sagte es sei bis 17 Uhr geöffnet. Dann habe ich gesehen dass ich um 15:48 eine Mitteilung über die App erhalten hatte, dass meine Reservierung storniert wurde. Das konnte ich auf dem Fahrrad nicht mitkriegen. Das war ein 15 Minuten Weg. Hin und zurück also eine halbe Stunde. Das Ganze kurzfristig mit einem Leihrad für 8 € weil meines streikte. Sehr frustrierend. Ich wurde am Telefon gefragt wie lange ich brauche. Ich sagte 20 min, brauchte 27. Wieso wurde ich nicht gewarnt dass sie vor Ablauf der Abholzeit gehen will oder muss? Wieso wurde ich nicht angerufen ? Wieso wurde überhaupt storniert? Das ist noch nie passiert bei togoodto, bisher. Wieso wird so mit meiner Zeit und meinem Bauch umgegangen ? Ich finde das rücksichtslos. Menschlich dürftig und nach 20x togoodtogo meine erste richtig schlechte Erfahrung. Ps: mir fällt gerade auf dass obendrein geschummelt wird. 3,30 statt 10 € bei togoodtogo für Gerichte die für 6 € an der...

Extraordinarily horrible customer service and their “smoothies” are just juice.
