Rosenburger — Restaurant in Berlin

Unfortunately, I'm not happy with this place though the hamburgers could be very good. Went 3 times and asked each time to have my burger without onions but - probably - they forgot on the way... The place is very small, too small to accommodate large crouds. The stuff doesn't have any strategy on how to deal with the issue of an overcrowded place. Go there only if you plan to stay just the time to eat your burger fast because when the next bunch of people comes in they might make you feel uncomfortable so that you might want to leave the place faster. If there is a complaint by the guests they are on the save site anyway: customers are asked to pay in advance when they order and if they complain the stuff will eventually refuse to refund. In this case I recommend to stay strong and confident and you might get your money back at the end.

Bottomline:

Not to recommend: if you like to eat a good burger in civilized manner.

Go for it: if you like the atmosphere of a crowded...

This was one of the worst burgers I've eaten in my life.

We've ordered the 120g Rosenburger with fries. The fries were admittedly good. The burger on the other hand was horrible.

As a huge fan of smashed burgers, I would expect a smaller bun for a patty of that size. The meat to bun ratio is skewed a lot towards the bun, making the burger feel very dry.

However, the biggest disappointment was the meat patty. I would compare it to a breakfast sausage I had once in a hotel abroad. It didn't taste like a burger, it was more like a breakfast sandwich.

Given the price point, it shouldn't be a surprise that the quality of the burger will be bad. I guess it's a case of "you get what you paid for". One reason it's a big disappointment is mainly down to people highly...

This is possibly the worst place I have ever stepped in. I am an Arab woman and the owners (who are also Arab) completely disrespected me even tho I tried to reason with them. They mocked me, ignored the fact that I showed up half an hour before closing time... after repeatedly asking for the menu. They dismissed me and tried to mock me ‘do you see us cooking food? I tried to reason with them that they are suppose to be serve good at 4 since that’s what it says on google But they shut shrugged and didn’t care and said, what are you gonna do about it?Putting up For other options around the area like shiso or revolver who have excellent service and No bullshift.
