We had a reservation but somehow it was lost in the system. Nonetheless they had a free spot (luckily, because the place was packed!), and we could order. It was the first time I tried a hot pot, and the system is easy: you pick either a single, double or triple pot (we had the triple one) and the spicyness level (we picked mild, which still was quite strong, I can handle spicy food decently, but not at an indian/mexican level). You pick all the food you'd like to add, and you can also go to a "sauce bar" to have an extra plate with sesame paste, peanut, garlic...)

We ended up ordering 13 ingredients for 3 people, which was way too much, but super delicious! I 100% recommend the mushroom mix, tofu skin and the noodles. As a vegetarian, they had multiple options to choose from (note: if you go with people who eat meat, then whether that's still vegetarian is up to you), and since you have three different soups, you don't get tired of eating! Some ingredients picked more soup than others (looking at you, spongy tofu), so it definitely got a bit spicy at times, which I enjoyed! You can tune the spice down by dipping the food into sesame sauce (or getting a non-spicy option). If you need to, the staff will pour more water into the hotpot so you can keep adding ingredients.

Overall I enjoyed everything we ordered, and they had a lot of traditional options (mainly meat-based, since hot pot is typically omnivore) which looked interesting and probably would add a nice flavour to the mix!

I 100% recommend visiting this place, ideally with a large-ish group so you can try multiple ingredients, and booking beforehand. The staff were friendly and helpful, but sometimes were hard to find because the place is quite large and packed. However, they brought the food fast and had...

Me and my fiancé went here to have our anniversary/birthday dinner. The air inside of the restaurant was not only very warm/hot, we were pretty much coughing the whole time due to the chilis and no vent. As I have breathing problems, I was very glad I was able to sit right next to the entrance where there was actual air circulation. We waited around 30 minutes to get the hotpot and most of our ordered ingredients, a couple of them which were missing came around 15 minutes later. The ingedients seem to be fresh, but really nothing special for the price, especially considering the servings were pretty small. The broth ( we had the mushroom/spicy level 1 double hotpot) was flavourful. The whole thing seemed very intransparent as the waitress couldn't answer if there were any refills for the ordered dishes, considering they didn't clarify anywhere and there are other hot pot places offering refills. The so-called "hot pot sauce" (which is not explained nor specified) is nothing other than the dips you have to mix yourself for 3,50€ p.p. The men's bathroom was terribly messy, the only two toilets were both out of order (one of them was completely filled with toilet paper and not flushing, the other one actually had a sign) and the urinals weren't very clean either. The food itself is fine, but expensive for what you're getting; the whole experience was overall very disappointing and not...

Food was very authentic and just feels like what we would have in China. Perfect place for having a meal with friends! This place would also be a very nice option for people who have vegetarian/vegen diets. The mushroom soup base was very delightful, I highly recommend!

Reservation is very much recommended!! It’s a very busy restaurant, especially on Chinese festivals. On these days you may not get services from the staff as quickly as you would usually expect.

One big downside of this place is the air conditioning situation. We just had dinner here today and it was terribly HOT inside (imagine! so many pots boiling at the same time inside! It’s basically a sauna with chili smells) and the air circulation was so bad that my partner and I had to take turns every 5 min to go outside to take a breath while sweating like it was a hot summer day. You can see the staff sometimes go outside to enjoy a cool breeze as well lol. Even if you’re going on a cold day, wear something with no sleeves underneath otherwise you would not be able to enjoy the delicious food.

We got a couple of small Mooncakes when we left so that...

We have been there with a group of 16 colleagues and enjoyed a great evening. Reservation recommended. A table seats up to 8 with the hotpot in the middle. Very attentive service, yet we also had a native Chinese colleague with us, who ordered in Mandarin. This might bias the finding. ;) We ordered hotpot dishes for all, refraining from the intestines on our colleagues advice and all was delicious. We chose the broth combo "mushroom - tomato - spicy" and spicy was hot enough for many not to use it at all... We ordered three rounds to share at our table including lamb, wantan, potato, pork meat balls, sliced beef, spinach, mushrooms, shrimps... The fish in combination with the Hoisin sauce (actually very Japanese, I've been told) with peanuts and chives was my favourite. You fetch the dips and additional seasoning individually in your own bowl. And after a short time, we all got the hang of using the special spoon and the chopsticks to serve us or each other. Really a great event dinner for a group of friends or colleagues. Brown sugar rice cake and brown sugar ice jelly went well as dessert with a few bottles of liquor.
