Really nice vibes & atmosphere, it was quiet when we went into the cafe itself. I got the cinnamon bun and my partner got the cardamom bun. The pastries were nice but I would’ve loved to have the option to heat it up so they’re warm and fluffy. They were room temp. We also got 2 flat whites. The coffee was not to my taste. Very bitter and acidic at the same time somehow. The best coffees I’ve had have been roasty and smooth with depth of flavour. This felt quite astringent. Total 13 euros for 2 coffees...

This is a great place to chill near the cathedral. The interior is cool and spacious, and the coffee is good value (and very tasty, most importantly). The staff were friendly, one of the highlights of my time in Cologne. There was a vegan peanut butter muffin in the menu which was filling and satisfying, but I would've loved to see more lactose free options (though even one seemed to be more than the average...
