Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Cologne

I was in KFC koln central station on Saturday 7th of December at 11.50 am, I asked if I can buy a cup of ice, they told me no ( the manger who was there ) I spoke to her but she doesn’t speak English, so I told the lady who is working there that I want to buy a bottle of water and get a cup of ice with it, the manger had a very bad attitude and she was very nervous, she doesn’t want to give me the cup of ice, the lady who is working there was very kind, she told me that I can get a very little ice in the cup with water, I agreed and told her ok I will have some little ice in the cup and will buy the water, and I thanked her then went to the manger to pay and get my order, she was still insisted to don’t gave me the cup of ice with the bottle!!!!

She kept shouting and she was very nervous and told me ( I won’t give you the cup of ice ) in German

What is this customer service!!!?? I’m talking about the manger who is supposing to be a role model for her teem and a good image for KFC costumers!!! She was very bad image, acting very bad for no reason, she made me loose maybe 30 minutes of my vacation for nothing, made me feel very angry and upset!! What a shame! I’m very disappointed, I won’t never deal with this branch next time when I come to koln as I’m regally come...

It is the worst KFC restaurant that I visited in Germany.

I order a big Zinger Burger Menü,the Burger was so small as the Euro cheese burger of McDonald's. Bread and dried chicken are dried out, I am 100%that it was not freshly made. Fried fries are ok, but they didn't give me the two sources that I ordered. Children wings can be the "best" of all, but they do not taste fresh and juice at all. No ice in the soft drink.

The floor of the restaurant was oiled and with spilt drinks.

Dinning tables were not properly cleaned.

For the Zinger Burger XXL Menu I paid 12,5 euro, it was expensive and disposing. For the same amount of money,you can easily choose other food. There are plenty of choices in Cologne Central Station.

Not recommended at all. Don't come unless you MUST have KFC fried chicken at Cologne...

I recently dined at your establishment and paid €38 for two sit-down meals. Unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed.

Shortly after sitting down with our food, I was told that we needed to leave within 20 minutes. This was both unexpected and stressful, as we were trying to eat quickly while staff members were cleaning around us and making us feel rushed.

While the food was okay, the service and atmosphere were not what I expected for a sit-down meal. If there are time limits for dining, these should be communicated clearly before taking orders to avoid such unpleasant situations.
