The place is overall good enough to eat something if you're a local, but I have mixed feeling about recommending it to someone who isn't one.
The cons: The seats aren't the most comfortable, but they're enough for what they're there for, that's all though, the environment doesn't seem so "Italian - ish" if that's what you're looking for, and the menu doesn't have a big variety at all. If you're someone who's socially uncomfortable or you don't have social anxiety, I wouldn't recommended, and that because of the distance between the tables which is almost non-existent. About the prices, if I'm honest, I would maybe think twice about going there if I knew about the in the first place, but they're not the worst that I've seen for spaghetti.
Now about the pros: The place' atmosphere might not be the most "Italian" you've ever seen but it has a pretty okay atmosphere (*). I don't know about the other dishes but the food, the noodles with shrimps that I bought and ate, where super-good and I would go there with someone who hasn't tasted them again. The place seemed overall cleaned and the service was friendly enough that you'd feel "warm". Also, for the building's position, the restaurant is pretty big from the inside.
(*At the time and day when I was there, there also we're not many people so I couldn't compare it against if there's many people there...

Visited again today. They were rude probably because they were stressed out. Then they asked me to pay in cash. Minimum €50 spend for card payment.
There's no problem for me to get cash etc. It's the whole way they treat their customers really doesnt let customers (it could be just me!) feel uncomfortable.
I was really looking forward to a proper meal here. Now I don't think...
