Staff yelled at me for not seeing the instructions and then threatened me not to come ever again. This after we already spent €15 on coffee. Very rude and unfriendly staff. They shocked other customers as well and I don't think it was very professional. They were already salty, because we came inside even when it was closed still. But we didn't know because the door was open and it was freezing outside. Instead of just saying it nicely (or say like hey listen we're not open yet but please have a seat considering it was literally freezing outside) yeah, but no, they were already very rude at the first encounter. Then we waited outside for them to open and ordered coffee, but it seems their mood was already ruined. I had the absolute pleasure of participating in a barista workshop at Cøffe. Milo, who can only be described as a true coffee aficionado, very knowledgeable and passionate regarding all things coffee and overall standup guy, conducted the workshop. In a chill environment on a Sunday morning we learned about various brewing methods, coffee growers, varieties and roasting methods. An over extracted batch brew, an extremely overheated cappuccino. The place was crowded when we came yesterday and I understand that that could have been just a mistake due to a rush hour, but getting a cappuccino where you can’t taste neither milk, nor coffee is disappointing in a specialty coffee place.
