Staff yelled at me for not seeing the instructions and then threatened me not to come ever again. This after we already spent €15 on coffee. Very rude and unfriendly staff. They shocked other customers as well and I don't think it was very professional. They were already salty, because we came inside even when it was closed still. But we didn't know because the door was open and it was freezing outside. Instead of just saying it nicely (or say like hey listen we're not open yet but please have a seat considering it was literally freezing outside) yeah, but no, they were already very rude at the first encounter.
