Horrible experience. Owner surely lost a few potential regular customers. Had the unfortunate incident that a fly got in one of our drinks. The owner was standing literally 2 metres away and was watching as the incident unfolded as if it was something that happened lots of times before. I picked up the glass and asked politely if I could get a new glass. He got so mad just for me asking replying that it wasn't his fault and that he would be losing money if he had to serve a new glass. I am confused, am I in the wrong here for having asked?
