Separation of fruit flavor is important in a bowl, if I wanted a Granola smoothie with all fruits mixed, I would order one, in bowl I expect the fruit toppings to be varied and of sufficient quantity. Many cafés offer raspberries, banana, coconut chips, various seeds, peanut butter, sometimes maracujá, Not trying to be pedantic. Please do a Google Maps search for acai bowl and immediately you can see the difference with cafés such as Im Glück, Mokka Roasters, Baur Café l, Aniis Raum, Chinaski, Elaine's café, VeryBerry café, Purple Açaí, or Plants and Cakes.

10,15 and 20% tip are not at all "typical all over the world". Many countries have no tip at all (Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden) or about 10% or less (Australia, New Zealand, India, Italy, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands'...) . But that's hardly relevant, it all depends on how high the prices are to begin with. For example UK and the Nordic countries typically include a service charge on yop. My point was overall the value for money including recommended tips compared to other cafés for the dishes I picked, is not up to par, especially considering ordering at the counter.

I was trained to Matcha tea ceremony in Kyoto. There are two types of Matcha. The Matcha you used (despite the name!) is not proper for tea ceremony, which is precisely the one that is less bitter. The bitter sort you used is perfectly valid in soups, rice dishes, ice cream, cakes, etc. But I can guarantee you it is not the one used for tea ceremony. I would be happy to recommend a few brands.

You assume that because I write many reviews they are not qualitative. If you look at my other reviews you will be hard pressed to find reviews below 4 stars. I give credit where credit is due, but I cannot change how poor my experience was on the day. Note how despite this, I still gave 3 stars, out of respect for the friendly service.

I understand the location you are at my be expensive and may drive costs up significantly, but there are 5 cafés I can think of right now that offer much better value within 15 minutes walk.

Original review: Red bowl was watery, Im Glück café has a much better one, much better value with 500% more fruits, and 12 EUR instead of 15! The matcha used for lattes is not the right type, much too bitter. The avocado toast was tasty, the sourdough bread was toasted but it was missing tomatos, salad and something to make it a full brunch. If you add the fact that despite QR menu as the table you have to order at the front, it makes for an extremely poor value for money overall (not to mention the lowest of the suggested tip options on the machine is 10%). Also when you order based on the online menu, the prices in the end are different, the red bowl cost 1 EUR more than indicated because they are in the process of updating it. The question then becomes why keep the QR codes on the tables if your prices are incorrect. The music was pretty loud for such a small café, making the atmosphere challenging. The staff are very friendly, though. I might consider the place for coffee to go, but considering the attention to maximizing margins at every step, I doubt they are truly capable of making the changes towards a more qualitative offering...

So the place is perfect for instagram, but you need to get there to some specific time, where there is still food but not so many people. I don't know when that time is, but I guess if you are a pilates lady, you will find out.

So when we came the place was full, everyone was standing in 2 undefined lines, 50 percent of people did not get what they wanted. At least I was told, that the menue item was sold out before I ordered it. My friend bought it first and then got told that it was sold out, so he had to get some kind of avocado toast istead which did not look like something worth 12 Euros.

Stuff was super overwhelmed, they did not seem to have anything under control. I got this vibration thingy to pick up your order when it is ready for my improvised recipe ( which we were combining out of left items on the shelf ) and for some shake. The thing vibrated, and I got only the shake. After a minute or so I realised that I am not getting the second half of the order and asked for a vibration thingie again not to stay in the way ( which is very small) . Confused waiters/cashiers/coocks ( there were 6 of them ) with huge effort figured out what I was asking for, and I went back with the device to wait for my second part. My friend was less fortunate or rather he was less experienced with unprofessional service , and he waited there being pushed by waiters and guests on that 2 meter spot for 15 minutes. The food is basic, the shake tasted well though. FOR ME: Never again, but if you are one of these trendy instagram chick's, who likes a nice looking bowl after her pilates to gossip with a girlfriend, there is a high chance you...

The decoration is definitely eye catching and that was the reason I decided to give it a try. Atmosphere was really comfy and nice I really liked it and the service was good.

1- Matcha latte 4/10: I am a matcha drinker and all I can say that it could taste better. There was no sweetness at all which I think would a bit balance the taste of matcha. I’d also prefer it would be served in a ceramic cup as it is hot.

2- Cheese and kimchi sandwich 6/10: I love kimchi and was so impressed that I had to give it a try. It was fine but there was no taste of kimchi at all which is unfortunate. I would suggest if they could grill the sandwich and then add the kimchi after so it becomes rich in taste. It was also overpriced.
