Sullivan — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Nice venue and that's where it stops. We went there in the afternoon and we were the only customers in the bar. We ordered 2 cocktails. The bartender went to the other end of the counter to prepare the drinks as his colleague was sitting there. Not very professional for a bartender. Then he brought us our drinks, went back to where he came from and sat on his workstation with his feet up on the shelf where he took our glasses from. Not cool. My wife tried the cocktail and after 2 sips noticed one ingredient ( cherry) was missing. She asked the bartender about it. Instead of remaking the cocktail, he grabbed a bottle and added a splash in the glass. Not bad for 14 euros... Put it this way, this bar is what McDonald's is to a traditional restaurant. Expensive and poor product...

I been there for a nice wine with friends 3 weeks ago and staff in this bar it’s not nice and aggressive. The same with security! They just looking for troubles! Waiter in the bar was working and speaking to us like he don’t care at all about the customers and showing us we are not welcome in this place and keep pushing us to finish drinks and go out because there is another customers waiting in the queue.I’m not recommending this place! If I can give 0 star If I can. You will lose your customers soon with no professional staff. They shouldn’t work in this place ! I recommend as well to change security! He was not nice and pushing us aggressive to go out because he will slap me...

A great bar in the middle of the city. The staff is always in a good mood and friendly, which makes going to the bar even more inviting.

The selection of drinks is great and if a cocktail is not on the list, the bartender can certainly conjure it up in 99% of cases.

Only the wines on offer are unfortunately poorly selected. There really isn't one that's good.

The ambience is modern and divided into 3 areas: terrace, ground floor (non-smokers) and 1st floor (smokers). There is also a bar on the upper floor so you don't have to walk down.

There is also a pool table on the upper floor, so that there is also a certain fun factor.
