Well I would not 100% agree with that, but it is a pretty good place to spend an hour or two. If your in Frankfurt and fancy glass of vino or a quick pint then I reckon this should be on your list.

The bar was very dirty and even had garbage on the floor. My wine glass was the dirtiest wine glass I've ever been served in. It had smear marks all of it (and it wasn't the type that stains or scratches in the dishwasher). The wine (Rioja) was also pretty bad.
