Brücke 10 — Restaurant in Hamburg

We stopped by Brücke 10 on recommendation, but the experience was underwhelming. Entering the terrace, we were met by a young staff member who seemed more focused on lecturing us than offering a bit of friendly information. If it hadn’t been recommended, we probably would have walked away after that.

We ordered the fishball sandwich, which turned out mediocre at best. Maybe our expectations were too high, but it simply wasn’t memorable. On the plus side, the price level matches the quality – €4.60 feels fair.

What really didn’t help was the number of pigeons walking around between the tables, which made it less than comfortable to enjoy the food.

All in all, not a place we’d make an effort...

Bit disappointed as it comes with high reviews both on here and TripAdvisor.

Their website it says to call a number for a reservation. We called and the guy said to do it on the website. We told him the website tells us to call this number, he mumbled something and told us he can't do it right now.

We chanced it and got there tonight. Plenty of seats. We ordered the famous north sea crabs sandwiches (15 euros each) - the bun is supermarket bought, dry and a bit hard. It had a bit of sauce and butter and it's served cold. I might be a bit biased because I like seafood, so my review might not be as harsh, but I wouldn't...

I ordered fish sandwich with onion inside, not sure what it’s called but it’s tasty, the taste is salty but suits well with bread and onion also no fishy smell. However, the sandwich is already prepared and will not be warm. If you can accept that I recommend it. The atmosphere is so good because the restaurant located at the sea side. You can enjoy the view. My burger is 4.9€ which is quite reasonable for me, other restaurants also sell in this range of price.
