Great bubble tea (best in Heidelberg to this moment, probably), with plenty of choices and with fresh and bouncy tapioca. Butterfly milk tea can definitely be the one to recommend. So verarscht wurde ich es noch nie. Gestern waren wir dort um Bubble teas zu kaufen. Ich habe mit Karte bezahlt, es wurde gesagt die Karte ging nicht musste nochmal zahlen. Ich habe extra nochmal gefragt sicher ? Nicht das es doppelt abgezogen wird. Es wurde gesagt ja ging ich ( mein Fehler habe keine Quittung verlangt wo es drauf steht wurde nicht bezahlt oder die Zahlung hat abgelehnt). Heute gucke ich auf mein online Banking, es wurde doppelt bezahlt. Gestern bei Bestellung wurde 2 mal erwähnt was ich wollte und dann bekam man die falsche tea . Musste mit dem Mitarbeiter diskutieren dass ich die nicht bestellt habe. Er hat es nicht eingesehen dass er falsch lag. Bei meine Freundin genau das gleiche Problem. Das beste ist ich stelle mich an und dann als ich dran war wurde ich net dran genommen 🤣 musste jemand anderes...

The bubble tea is amazing, however the Onigiri (in my opinion) is overpriced. They have loyalty cards where you need 10 stamps to get a free bubble tea which was a smart idea to get people to come back. They also have small packs of cashew nuts but I never see...
