Pita Pita Grillstore Mannheim — Restaurant in Mannheim

We were a recurring customer from when it started delivery over Uber Eats. It started great but over time, the quality, quantity and service diminished drastically. We started to see less portions and lower quality food but we kept ordering every now and then out of habbit. Until we had another order today, which will be the last time! I ordered over Uber Eats as usual and they supposed to deliver the food themselves as usual. Usually they are 20-40 minutes later than estimated delivery time and you can not track in real-time becasue their own driver will do the delivery instead of Uber, but today I waited 2 hours for the order to arrive, but it didn't. So I called the restaurant and they didn't pick up the phone. I contacted Uber Eats and they called the restaurant and still no answer! So after all that I cancelled the order and started cooking myself. 3 Hours after my order and 2:30 hours later than promised delivery time, they showed up and brought my order like nothing happened! Liebes Pita-Team, heute sind wir zum zweiten Mal bei euch gewesen. Das erste Mal waren wir total begeistert von eurer leckeren Pita. ♡ Heute waren wir von der Qualität leider enttäuscht. Wir hatten ein extra Tzatziki bestellt für 2,50 Euro, zuhause angekommen mussten wir leider feststellen, dass das in unserer Tüte fehlte. Der Salat war leider versalzen (schmeckte nur nach Salz, sonst nach nichts) und war sehr eingefallen bis wir daheim ankamen. (Autofahrt von 10 Minuten) Unser Tipp: bitte das Dressing extra einpacken. Außerdem war die Veggie Pita für das Kind auf einer Seite mit scharfer Soße, obwohl nur Tzatziki bestellt wurde. Die Stimmung war dann leider im Eimer. So etwas sollte nicht vorkommen bei einem Take-away Preis von über 28 Euro für drei Personen. =( Die Pommes kamen super an und waren sehr lecker, Mayo dürfte gerne weniger sein, war zu viel abgepackt für eine Portion Pommes. Ich bin enttäuscht, der Salat und die Pita landeten im Müll, Tzatziki fehlte. Mit dem vergessenen Tzatziki hätten wir beides sicherlich retten können. Ich bin traurig, weil heute mein Geburtstag ist und ich mir das Essen anders vorgestellt hatte... Dennoch werden wir euch noch eine Chance geben und nächste Mal dann vor Ort schauen ob alle bezahlten Artikel enthalten sind. Hoffentlich schmeckt es dann wie bei unserem ersten Besuch.
