ARTENSIS in Athens, Greece, offers a delightful blend of traditional flavors and a modern, chic ambiance. During my visit, I had the chance to try their hummus and pita, accompanied by a well-crafted martini, and it was a memorable experience.

The hummus was creamy, rich, and full of authentic Mediterranean flavors. It had the perfect balance of smoothness and texture, with just the right amount of seasoning to elevate the dish. Paired with the warm, freshly baked pita bread, the combination was simple yet absolutely satisfying. The pita was soft, with a light crisp on the outside, and made for an excellent vessel for the hummus. Together, they represented the heart of Greek cuisine: fresh, flavorful, and comforting.

To complement the meal, I ordered a martini, which was perfectly made. The balance of flavors in the cocktail was spot on, offering a refreshing and sophisticated drink to go along with the food. It’s clear that ARTENSIS takes pride in both its food and its drink offerings, ensuring that everything served is of high quality and crafted with care.

The ambiance at ARTENSIS is also worth mentioning. The restaurant has a stylish and relaxed vibe, blending modern design with hints of Greek tradition. The service was attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome and well cared for throughout the meal. The combination of excellent food, drinks, and atmosphere made for a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.

In summary, ARTENSIS is a must-visit for anyone in Athens looking for a taste of Mediterranean cuisine in a comfortable yet stylish setting. Whether you’re there for a light bite or a full meal, the quality of the food and drinks ensures you’ll...

Very sad to say this, especially after reading the many good reviews before coming here, but this has to be my worst restaurant experience to date.

I ordered carrot soup with carbonara and a lemonade. Waited exactly an hour to get my soup which had no taste at all. A couple minutes after, my pasta arrived as well, which tasted like tap water. At this point I was terribly let down. (The restaurant had half of the seats empty, I still don’t understand how a soup and a pasta took 1 whole hour)

I asked for salt which didn’t help at all, then my lemonade was forgotten and when they brought it out (after asking for it twice) it turned out to be as sour as a raw lemon.

When I finished eating, I asked a waitress if she can pack the remaining portion of my pasta for takeaway. Waited another 15 minutes before I told her again to please do something, because I’d like to pay and leave shortly. She brought a box for me and put it next to me to pack up myself. This surprised me as well, but this might be a local thing.

To recap: tasteless food, long waiting time, and bad customer service (shoutout to the one waitress who could smile and was always nice to me - she even brought a little cake for the...

A Chinese and a Spanish couple come from Germany have been lied in the face by the waitress at 21:00 05.07.2025 Saturday on the traffic island. The waitress came to tell us, the the restaurant will closed in 1 hour, we said ok. Waited, 10 minutes later, I saw one of them are flirting with I don’t know if it’s customer of her bf. I raised my hand, she kept flirt for a while, came to us and said since its going to close soon, there will be no dishes served, only sandwiches or something. She won, we left. When nearby a restaurant we try two nights ago, still great. Took us less then one hour ordering enjoy and came back passing this restaurant, she is still working with some customers sitting there, I check the google opening time of this restaurant, it closes at 23:00. I we would very like to share to our Chinese, Spanish and German community about the great service of this restaurant. And of course introduce to them another great restaurant nearby with delicious food and...

Our stay in Athens was near the Omonia Square, on our very first day we noticed this restaurant, menu was very appealing, and we weren't disappointed, we returned another 3 times. The food was top quality and very delicious. Our waiters were very friendly and provided an excellent service. Thank you.

We have launched there and enjoyed the meal, the service was very kindly and the food was good and accordingly to the the price. We eat moussaka and pork soulvaki, water and coca cola and paid 32 euros. It is a good place to eat if you are near of it. Thank you
