Bubbletale — Restaurant in Athens

Πήγαμε στο μαγαζί το Σάββατο απόγευμα. Παρά την ώρα, το μαγαζί είχε μόνο ένα ζευγάρι μπροστά μας που μόλις είχε παραγγείλει. Είπαμε στις κοπέλες τι θέλαμε και ζήτησα να πληρώσω με κάρτα όπου μου είπαν ότι δεν δουλεύει το pos και ψάχναμε να βρούμε μετρητά.(απόδειξη δεν μας δωσανε παρόλο που την ζητησαμε, έκαναν ότι δεν το άκουσαν 2 φορές).Σε αυτό το σημείο να αναφέρω ότι παρειγγειλαμε κάτι το οποίο χρειάζεται κουταλάκι κα καλαμακι (το έχω πάρει και άλλες φορές και μου το έχουν σερβίρει έτσι καθώς δεν γίνεται να το καταναλώσεις χωρίς κουταλάκι). Καθώς περίμεναμε ετοιμάστηκε πρώτα ενός από τα άτομα που ειαμσταν μαζί και του έδωσαν κουταλακι και καλαμάκι. Μετά ετοιμάστηκε το δικό μου και δεν μου έδωσαν ούτε κουτάλι, ούτε καλαμάκι. Μετά από αρκετές προσπάθειες να ζητήσω, μου απάντησε η μία από τις υπαλλήλους απότομα ότι δεν έχουν κουταλάκι και να πάρω καλαμάκι από τα μπροστά. Η ποιότητα ήταν καλή, όπως πάντα καθώς όπως είπα έχω ξαναπάρει το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα, αλλά δυστυχώς δεν γίνεται να καταναλωθεί σωστά χωρίς κουταλάκι. Κατανοητό για το pos που έτυχε να μην δουλεύει και για τα κουταλάκια που τελείωσαν και δεν είχαν άλλα(παρόλο που θα έπρεπε να ενημερώσουν πριν ετοιμάσουν την παραγγελία και πληρώσουμε), αλλά η απότομη συμπεριφορά χωρίς λόγο ( καθώς καθόλη την διάρκεια ήμασταν ευγενικοί) και το να μην μας δώσουν απόδειξη ενώ την ζητήσαμε 2 φορές είναι απαράδεκτη.

We went to the store on Saturday afternoon. Despite the time, the shop only had one couple in front of us who had just ordered. We ordered and I asked to pay by card where they told me that the pos doesn't work and we were looking for cash. (they didn't give us a receipt even though we asked for it twice). At this point I should mention that we ordered something that needs a spoon and a straw ( I have taken this product several times and it has been served to me like this as you cannot eat it without a spoon). As we waited, the order of one of the people we were with was prepared first and they gave him a spoon and a straw. Then mine was prepared and they didn't give me a spoon or a straw. After several attempts to ask, one of the employees answered rudely that they don't have a spoon and to take a straw from the front. The quality was good, as always as I said I have bought this product from this store before, but unfortunately it cannot be eaten properly without a spoon. Understandable for the pos that happened to not work and for the spoons that ran out and they didn't have any more (even though they should have informed before they prepared the order and we paid), but the rude behavior for no reason (as we were polite throughout) and that they did not to give us a receipt when we asked for it 2 times, is...

About the cream incident, the girl was kind with the lady and not offensive at all. She just told them that it was the costumers fault about the cream and not the workers fault this is why she had to pay. And also the girl told her that she wasn't being rude and she was just informing her. Overall, because I saw the incident by myself both the girls and the guy that were working very hard were very kind and they told us about the situation when I asked them. Very nice bubbletea also. Thanks for the nice service. I am so sorry...

Does bubbletale offer many tasty drinks? Yes. Are they on the cheap side? Not really. I've passed by the shop many times in the past month and sadly I haven't seen any of the employees wear their masks properly, as they should when preparing the drinks. They try to limit the amount of people that enter the shop at a time, but that's about it. It might be worth going there after the pandemic, as they have a beautiful upper floor that would normally make the whole...
