If I could rate this place, I would give it a zero! What a terrible experience! We started our Olympia trip walking the stadium and after we were in a need for some cold water. We decide to go to the Tops What a bad idea. Upon ordering the waiter tells us we must pay for our meal inside. We didn’t even receive our waters yet. My husband and I ordered an orange cake and chicken fingers and fries for our 2 yr old. The cake was most definitely frozen. When they brought it to us, the outside was hot but the inside was still icy. Our son was so excited we decided to try and keep him entertained and put some YouTube on. The waiter came up to us and screams at him for standing on the plastic chair. I understand as I kept putting him down. At some point he starts laughing and the grumpy, nasty, witch of an owner starts yelling at my toddler and said “ we don’t need this, we been here since 7am”, in Greek. My husband and I were astounded. We couldn’t believe this woman who owns a business, is screaming at my 2yr old. It got so aggressive that another customer, who is a father and a Dr , interrupted her and said,” no one should discipline anyone child.” She carried on to the point that she kicked us out! This might be my first negative review if possible. My wife, son, and I went there after visiting Olympia. We ordered first and were told to come inside and pay, like we were gonna eat and dash. Even before we got our food. We ordered a fresh orange juice that had one ice cube in it and an orange cake; which was frozen and microwaved. It was hot on the outside and frozen solid in the middle. Our son (2 years old) stood up and the server screamed at him; the first second he stood up. Our kid then started watching a video on our phone to keep him engaged: while seated and laughing the owners screamed at us saying she been there since 7am and they don’t wanna him make a sound. He wasn’t even crying or screaming. He was laughing. The woman owner continued to get aggressive to the point another customer intervened and said that there’s no reason at all they should have said that. We left the place, as we were yelled at to leave! as they continued to cause a scene. I’m just in total shock!! The kid was laughing! Avoid this place especially if you have children and /or family! unless you wanna be as miserable as the owners...

I went here with a couple friends and was in and was immediately greeted by rude and obnoxious staff. It does not say anywhere that they do not take credit card and only take cash but only after I order, they tell me that I say cancel the food because I do not have cash with me and they do not cancel my order so it goes through. We say to leave. but he tries to hold us there until we get our food so that we can get stuck into paying. later, we went inside to discuss with multiple staff and started getting yelled at very rudely and after 10 minutes of being yelled at they finally say we can pay for our drinks with card never go here the worst place I’ve ever been with the worst service disgusting...
