If you're in Olympia and want a hearty, delicious meal, you should come here! We ate at Mythos cafe after a long day driving, getting lost in the mountains and finally seeing the Archaeological Site in a rush. We wanted a bit to eat before driving back to Athens and this place really hit the spot.

We had the pork roll, lamb kebabs, beet salad, and the vegetarian dish of the day, spinach and rice. Everything was clearly fresh, handmade and made with love with a flavor that was unique from anything else we'd had in our entire trip. As in, clearly made expertly by a Greek grandmother's hand. The owners even gave us tzatziki on the house, and then home-baked melomakarona to finish out the meal.

This family owned tavern is simply amazing.. it is a gem.. hidden just a couple of streets from main street.. their service is amazing.. and you really feel welcome.. prices aree really cheap.. whennyou ompare it to other restaurants nearby.. or when you compare amazing service and food you get for the price.. interior is nicely decorated.. adding into the family style of the tavern...
