So bad it’s almost insulting. I don’t really know what was worse - the food or the service. Calling the starter a “dish” would be an affront towards all other dishes. Garlic bread with cheese is a humble dish as is, but this was just a joke - I could cook that with my hotel hairdryer. The main course was even worse. My wife’s gyros::barely cooked, flavourless, with fries that must have come right out of the fridge. The seafood spaghetti: overcooked pasta, a sauce with uncooked wine, dry, frozen seafood. Why even bother marking the “frozen” items on the menu?! Putting frozen mussels in old shells for some added maritime flair sure didn’t make it better. Or the complimentary parmesan. Service: subpar to non-existent. One highlight was when the bill was just slapped on our table without comment, drink on top. By far the worst dining experience on Crete! Maybe ever. This place was the worst place I have even been here in Chania. I sat down with my family for breakfast and upon asking for coffees the waiter claimed that if we order breakfast the coffees will be included. We proceed to order 3 omelets, and 3 coffees. When we received the bill the coffees were charged and we confronted the waiter, he started arguing in an aggressive manner claiming that we didn't order breakfast items... I was astonished by his response and asked him what he meant. According to him breakfast is the English breakfast, American breakfast, Continental etc. He refused to accommodate the misunderstanding and he advised me NOT to put a review online cause I will be ridiculed if I do so.... Well, I will take my chances with that! BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ORDER AND ASK BECAUSE APPARENTLY OMELETS ARE NOT BREAKFAST...

We stopped here for desserts. Huge ice cream portions, definitely something you could share between two people. We loved the fact that we could peacefully check out the menu without anyone coming up to us. We went to check out few more places but came back here and the waitress remembered we were looking at desserts - when he brought the menu he gave it to us opened at deserts page which was very nice. Staff in general very polite and friendly. I was looking at their food menu, the selection is impressive. I'm sure it would be amazing place to have your dinber in.
