Dear Sintrivani Management,
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service my companion and I received during our recent visit to your restaurant. Having been highly recommended by several people, we had high expectations for our dining experience at Sintrivani. Unfortunately, our visit on [date] turned out to be extremely unpleasant, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.
Upon our arrival, we were greeted with rude comments from the staff, which was the first indication that our experience would not meet our expectations. After being seated, it took an inordinate amount of time to get a waiter’s attention to place our order. When we finally ordered an expensive bottle of wine, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive. This delay set the tone for the rest of the evening.
We waited for an hour after ordering to receive bread as an appetizer, and it took a total of an hour and a half to receive our main courses. When our food finally arrived, the calamari was extremely chewy and inedible. Additionally, we had ordered a club sandwich to share, but upon tasting it, we found it to be far below the standard of other restaurants on the strip and certainly not worth the price we were paying.
Our attempts to address these issues were met with blatant disrespect. When we called a waiter over to complain, he laughed in our faces. As two young women, this treatment was not only highly rude but also very disrespectful. We then requested to speak with a manager, who similarly did not take our concerns seriously and laughed, causing a scene that we were keen to avoid.
Despite the manager initially agreeing to a solution, he later reneged on his word and involved another rude staff member. The excuse given for this appalling service was that the restaurant was busy. However, as a main strip restaurant, such an excuse is unacceptable, as we have never experienced such poor treatment elsewhere.
The entire experience was distressing and disappointing. We felt humiliated and disrespected throughout our visit. It is unacceptable for any customer to be treated in this manner, and I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues to ensure no one else endures such a terrible experience.
I hope you take this complaint seriously and look forward to hearing how you plan to rectify...
Read moreIt was my birthday today, I pick this restaurant to eat with my husband, we are tourist, because I thought it was best, but then again I felt disappointed much, first, they give the menu in the side of the table and leave it there, and we are the one who will initiate to see the menu,no recommendation from the waiter or even how they describe the food that they have to offered. Second, when we are in appetizer, they just give the garlic bread and the two plates together and not even setup it for the two of us, Plus the plate was freshly from dishwasher, it literally wet. So I need to dry them with my tissue for me to put my bread, Third, we almost finished our wine before they served the main dish, very long wait like an hour to cook a seafoods only, not even a meat. Fourth, we are not finished yet with eating they just give the bills, and when my husband questioned the waiter about "why they give the bill when we are still eating? ".The waiter replied,it was about taxes. We go to City to try the restaurant but it makes me feel disappointed literally.Im saying this to the truthfully saying.
We been staying in Greece Agia Marina one of hotel, I can say in Agia Marina restaurants they served well even though they have many tourist that needs to accommodate, we always try restaurants breakfast, afternoon and dinner just to see what they have to offer, the varieties, but this restaurant in the city makes me feel sad and disappointed to be honest, it's my special day, but they choose to serve me like this. Agia Marina restaurants also have free desserts plus theyre own liquior sometimes, which I can say its very greek style to welcome guests,we also give extra tips when they served that, just to give gratitude...
Read moreThe drinks came extremely late after we asked one of the waiters where our drinks were and they brought them out 20 minutes after we’d ordered. the ice had melted in a few glasses which we could tell meant they had been left out. we had also ordered crepes, waffles and and a lemon pie which didn’t come out for a while until we again asked where they were. The waiter immediately brought out 1 crepe, 1 waffle and a lemon pie missing out the other crepe we had ordered. the missing crepe was ordered with ice cream which was somehow moved to the waffle. we complained and said we were missing a crepe and he said it would be out in five minutes top. at this same time another waiter had dropped a tray full of glasses which smashed all over the floor making everyone who worked there looking flustered and stressed. whilst we waited for the other crepe, the food was cold so we again assumed it had been left out on the side. after the missing crepe came out and we had ate all our food the bill came and it was €49.60. reluctant to pay we did. yes at the time it was quite busy but there were plenty of waiters around that weren’t doing anything that could’ve been fully capable of bringing our food out. overall this bad experience has put me off...
