Burattino — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

The food is absolutely delicious, with ingredients that taste like they came straight from Italy. The pizza was amazing – the dough simply perfect. It was a bit crowded and the tables are small, but the customer service speaks volumes… The blonde waitress, in my opinion, deserves a promotion because she is the only one truly keeping everything under control. I noticed that she was the one managing reservations, tables, guests – literally everything was on her shoulders, and she was running around making sure things worked. On the other hand, the two male waiters on the same shift were a disaster. One of them seemed completely lost, which could still be tolerated, but the bearded waiter with glasses was outright rude and pretentious. He failed to keep track of orders and the overall situation in the restaurant, leaving everything for the blonde waitress to fix. Worse, his attitude towards customers was disrespectful – speaking in a condescending tone, making up strange “payment rules” because he couldn’t handle things properly. Honestly, he is ruining a lot here. I strongly believe that someone with such behavior should not be in direct contact with customers. He doesn’t know how to treat people and comes across...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at an Italian restaurant nestled in the heart of a Greek island, and I must say, it was an extraordinary culinary experience. The first thing that struck me was the impeccable service. The staff members were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the cuisine they were serving. They warmly welcomed me and guided me through the menu, providing recommendations and ensuring that every aspect of my dining experience was taken care of. The menu showcased a delightful array of authentic Italian dishes, prepared with a creative twist that paid homage to the local Greek ingredients. Every bite was a symphony of flavors, revealing the expertise of the chefs who clearly knew their craft. The pasta dishes were cooked to perfection, and the sauces were rich, vibrant, and expertly balanced. The pizza was incredibly delicious, with fresh ingredients! Will definitely visit again and recommend it to everyone who visits...

In general location of the restaurant is quite good in city center. I do not like the fact that more then the half of the place is reserved in advance in the evening. For the people without reservations, several tables next to ice scream store are offered. It is not the same feeling versus sitting in area of the restaurant. Pizza: in comparison with other restaurants in Rhodes, this pizza is waaay better. But, I have several observations: for example for one I ate mortadella and pistachio, you can see that crust is very dry, feels more like eating bread as filling is mostly centered in the middle of pizza, and not near crust, it is missing more near crust. Overall, good versus other pizza restaurants in Rhodes, they have good skills. With more practice and involvement in implementing it based on some suggestions, it could go in the direction of being truly like Italian one....
