GG FIOGO — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

The place was cool and vibing for drinking and evening chat. But base on the food we had ordered I think in my opinion the sushi is bad, luckily get help from the sauce. The rice wasn’t cook properly, hard and fell apart. I think I was expecting too much for non sushi restaurant to serve sushi. Besides of that the mocktails also way too sweet for me, taste more like shaken syrup. I can see the place has a high standards base on the interior, table set up and price wise. I gave my feedback to one of the staff but he responded with saying “if I know better about the food then”. I work in the kitchen and hospitality too, and I think it was not the best way to respond the guest feedback. To be honest, the food also took too long to serve and also was delivered to wrong table, I’m ok with it because sometimes it’s happen in this industry, but just the full experience doesn’t match with the price and the restaurant...

We have visited this restaurant on two occasions for brunch and dinner. Both visits were exceptional!

The brunch was delicious and it was the best salmon club sandwich I have had whilst on holiday to Rhodes! The salmon for dinner was honestly the best salmon we have ever tasted! It was a large fillet with the soy glaze being sweet and sticky! We loved it.

The cocktails are fairly priced and are delicious, not watered down and not too strong!

The atmosphere here is similar to a slug & lettuce but darker themed. It gives the great gatsby vibes! It is cosy and is great for photo opportunities!

The staff are very friendly, they do not wait in the street to try pull you in and made both of our times here very enjoyable.

We have one more night left in Rhodes and will be coming back for dinner...

I don't usually add reviews anywhere but now it's worth it. GGFiogo has such a cozy, charming and warm atmosphere. All the dishes we had were delicious, perfectly cooked, the flavor was amazing and were not the usual ones you usually find. As for the service team everyone was so polite and helpful. I must say that 5 stars are not enough for everything.. Hense, if you are looking for perfect atmosphere and of course delicious food then you are in the right place. Thank you from the bottom of our heart, we enjoyed everything and we cannot wait...
