We were not charged for the Bluetooth cord but for the potatoes. And the 2x1 drinks only applies if you order 4 drinks, and is not detailed in their advertising. I feel sorry for those who work, because they were very nice and good, but bad food and bad publicity. Dear manager, I respond to your comments in the first comment: With all due respect, you should be able to take and accept constructive criticism. You say that my information is not accurate, I upload the proofs with the photo, and you still do not apologize for serving a cordon bleu that is not a cordon bleu. Although my wife told you that it was not cordon bleu and that it smelled very bad, instead of offering an apology, you said that you have a bar not a restaurant, and that is not the way to respond to a client and even less so to a tourist. , regardless of nationality or skin color, it's as if you told us that because you have a bar you can't have good food or a real cordon bleu, only good drinks. And when my wife asked you if you have tried your own food that you offer, you agreed that you have not, so how can you defend something that even you are not able to eat in your own bar. I repeat, you have a nice place, you have very friendly staff, probably good drinks, but you must admit that you need to improve your food and make sure it is in good condition. We have been in Rhodes for a week and we think the people are great, the food is spectacular, that is why we are surprised by what happened yesterday, not only because of the food, but because of the lack of interest in offering an apology when a meal is not well prepared or is not in good conditions. Surely it will be a good learning for you as a manager or administrator. A...
Read moreThis seems to be the most useless bar on Rhodes. They play loud music, but even with this they cannot attract enough customers and the bar is always empty. I guess it says enough of the service and quality of food/drinks.
Also, making some addition in regard to owner's response - I have been around Thetis for long enough to make my observation, it is definitely not based on "stumbling by". If it is meant for locals during off-season, then what is the point to keep it open in the season? :) It is good that Rhodes in general is a great place, despite such useless places as Thetis.
Finally, I am happy I provoked owner's reaction, as their insulting and disrespectful language...
Read moreUnfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The food was served cold, even though we were the only guests in the restaurant â it was completely empty. We waited for over 30 minutes, and not a single word of apology or explanation was offered.
There were no napkins on the table, which is a basic expectation in any restaurant. We ordered Coca-Cola and received a glass filled with ice, to the point where you could barely taste the Coke â it was basically cold sparkling water.
To make matters worse, the waitress didnât apologize at any point â not for the delay, not for the cold food, not for anything. Overall, a very poor level of service.
Would definitely...
