Pros: Good position, close to restaurants, supermarkets, the beach and to the old town, reachable by foot.
Nice pool, warm water.
Somehow the room is clean, but some pieces of furniture are really old and visible used. Suggestion: change the interior doors.
No extra pay for the AC.
Some of the hotel staff were polite, professional and nice, especially the ladies that were serving the breakfast.
Cons: The receptionist didn't give us hotel bracelets (on purpose) and after a few days the security guard unfairly accused us of not staying in the hotel, at 1.30 AM in the morning. Instead of being polite and diplomatic while asking for a quick check of our names, he started to yell at us that we have fake room keys and we didn't pay for the hotel. As if we had somewhere to copy the keys in the whole city. We were very mad about this situation, since it was 1.30 in the morning and we just wanted to sleep. If you want guests to come back here, you must change your policy of treating guests and some of your unprofessional hotel staff.
Poor management of the loud guests that were making a great noise at 4 AM in the morning, slamming the doors and yelling like animals.
Poor breakfast: almost the same everyday. If you're staying more than a few nights, I wouldn't recommend to pay for the breakfast, since they have almost the same stuff everyday.
Some rooms are close to the party street and you can barely sleep, since the sound insulation is really really bad in this hotel. Aditionally, our door was broken, hard to be closed and we heard every noise, besides the music...
Read moreIt's an okay hotel. Our room had the worst view on the 2nd floor. In my opinion, not worth the price we paid for the week. The bathroom was tiny and the shower curtain was old and disgusting, did not want it to touch you while showering.. the bathroom was so small that you had the sink in your face when sitting on the toilet, do not recommend if you're a tall person with long legs, you will not have a comfortable experience in that bathroom. Beds are fine, pillows a bit too hard for my liking. Only annoying thing was when the beds didn't stay pushed together (slippery floor) so we as a couple couldn't sleep comfortably next to eachother on two single beds pushed together but instead had to sleep on one of the single beds.|Didn't get to experience the pool and sunbeds because they were all in use by other guests the whole week of our stay.|Location is great, closeby to everything, good restaurants, beach, shopping and old town.|The staff is amazing and very friendly. They deserve 5 stars for the service really!⭐|Okay if you're on a budget and don't expect much from a hotel. If you're sensitive to loud noises while sleeping, maybe this isn't the best choice for you. We had neighbours that were quite loud during the nights when they came back from partying. The hotel does have a quiet time policy during the night and if other guests complain about loud noises during quiet time, the hotel will give the noisy guests a warning to keep it down.👌🏼|All in all, satisfied with our stay because of the location and the awesome staff. So thank you to everyone in the staff! Keep up the...
Read moreRooms are not so modern and comfortable as expected despite of it's a 3-star hotel. Hotel markings are not equal around the world, in Greece they're reflect a bit lower quality than e.g. in Turkey. Bathrooms are quite small, if somebody is having shower, the other person is not able to use the toilet in the meanwhile due to its size. Breakfast was so rich, plenty of different breads and pastries, jams, yoghurts, cold cuts, vegetables and salads, as well as hot and cold drinks, coffee, tea, juices, etc. There's a swimming pool in the garden with proper water depth, deck chairs, and with a decent snack bar with absolutely affordable prices and good portions. That's the only option to have a lunch in the hotel (but it closes at 3pm), the inside "restaurant" is only be used for breakfast. (If you wanna eat something rapidly after the closure, there is a gyros buffet next to the hotel which not looks so dependable at first, but the prices are OK and the food is good.) The rooms are cleaned every day, we didn't have problem with it. The receptionists are kind in general, however, some of them not really speak English well. Overall I had a fine 1-week stay there, the quality of rooms...
