This place is a disaster. Portions are too small, and tastes like instant food. I ate in few places near and those was better with prices, portions and tastes.

After my statement, that food is maximum medium, waiter started to being rude and ironically claimed "I can see, after your plate that wasn't good" - yeah, cuz for 14€ I got four cubes of beef, literally 2cm x 2 cm each xD. My fiance took a classic greek sausage, which was half as half of sausage served with 6-7 pieces of feta cheese. Only halloumi cheese was pretty good, but to be honest, gratification for that should goes to whoever who makes this cheese xD

After my statement waiter started to being rude, he gave me a bill without stopping at table, also went before transaction confirmation from terminal was printed. There was 4 tables taken, so he surely had time for that. To sum up - This palce is a clear machine to make money on tourists, also famous greek hospitality ends here, when truth is told. first up this was the only place we walked past that didn't hound us to come and eat. ok its tourist central, its Rhodes Town so what do you expect, but it was a major factor in deciding to eat there. location is fabulous, under the trees, lamps hanging. Nikos was great, made the kids feel comfortable. was very honest when asked which fish was fresh and what was frozen. Me and my boyfriend were walking through old town after visiting the castle and were starving and we just stopped at the first restaurant we looked at. We made a good choice. My boyfriend got the lamb kleftiko and said it was the best he’d had, you could tell it had been slow cooked perfectly with so much flavour. He is a mashed potato kinda guy but said he actually preferred the potatoes that were in this one. I got the simple bolognese and it was yummy and gone very quickly. The service was very good.
