The facility was clean and very neat (this includes the restrooms). The staff are friendly and helpful. They can speak english which was helpful. The ice cream was amazing. The lemon sorbet tasted exactly like sour lemon (not too sweet), a great option for sour lovers. The tangerine and chestnut flavors were also great, both had small bits to chew on as you ate.
