Just wanted to make sure I included myself on giving it 5+++ stars it deserves. There is nothing that is absolutely not fantastic and world class where it comes to cuisine, service, location, and views. As beautiful as Santorini is, this restaurant makes you feel like the royalty of the island and in the most beautiful place on the planet. Every waiter and staff member as just amazing person to talk to, they are pros at taking your photos, and trust me you won’t wanna put your camera away, and pros at making any night the most romantic or special night of your life. I will never forget this experience. And yes the food, no matter what you order is spectacular. Obviously try to go there during sunset where it is heavenly there, but can’t imagine a time when it’s not amazing to be there. Cocktails, appetizers, and mains were all phenomenal! Surprisingly this venue wasn't incredibly busy, and we were able to watch the sunset in peace. We didn't feel rushed at all to move on and the waitress Dimitra was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were even greeted by the resident cat and later found out she had two kittens hiding under the sun beds as you walk in. We suggested the name of Sophia for her as she didn't have a name. We had an incredible dinner at Pezoulia Restaurant in Imerovigli. The highlight was definitely the salmon tartare — it was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. One of the best dishes we’ve had in Greece! The view from our table was breathtaking, especially during sunset, and the service was warm and attentive without being intrusive.
