We ended up at his restaurant thanks to the women we met in the middle of the jungle(the most amazing and unexpected local guide that we never thought we'd meet on this whole trip). We crossed the river by the boat from the other side of the flores island to get to this diner. When we arrived it was about 2-3pm and still there were a lot of local people but it seems like they close early around 16pm or so. What I really liked about this restaurant is that they had great view, next to the lake, had humungous size of michelada(Where fits two bottles of cabra), I liked the smoked flavor of the costilla(pork ribs) but then they could use some salsa on the side(as an option) and a little less fat on the costilla. I mean I can´t say how their ribs usually are, but mine had too much fat. Although, I´d recommend to others who visit to Flores. Definitely...
