Firstly, for people looking for this place using Google Maps, it's actually found inside a very lively Irish Pub, called Snug. I ordered the full Irish breakfast, which comes with a few rashers of bacon, a sausage, mushrooms, fried tomatoes, 2 slices of toast, 2 eggs and what they call, Irish beans, which slightly resemble baked beans. There's a choice a spicy or normal sausage and scrambled or fried eggs. It was tasty and filling, although not cheap, at 60 Quetzals, which is what I paid for last night's dinner. The bar is very lively, with lots of impromptu singing, shouting, screaming and profanity, even in the morning. The only negative point that I would make is that the pub dog is allowed free reign of the place and sits, looking at your breakfast with those big sad dog eyes, begging for food. Apart from that, everything was great and I wouldn't hesitate to...

I still stand by my initial review as far as the atmosphere of the place is concerned (see below) but make sure you get and check your receipt when paying up.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: As close to an authentic Irish pub as you will find in this part of the world. A small place (hence it's name 'Snug') with a U shaped bar that promotes good conversation between patrons and bar staff alike. You can also order food, which comes from next door and it is really good. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxed night on a highstool with...
Read moreI may change this review after I finally get my food. My party of 4 has been here for over an hour and we have yet to be served. The seating is minimal and extremely uncomfortable. Very pet friendly. In fact, on dog was lounging on one of the few spaces on a couch. If I end up fleas or ticks I'll know where they came from. I love dogs. But not on the furniture in a restaurant. Still waiting on the food. No offer as of yet to refill our beverages. Food arriving after the owner arrived and intervened. Offered juice on the house and a 50% discount. Very nice. Unfortunately, it has thrown off our schedule for the day. Finally got our food. It was just okay. Definitely not worth...
