Food and drinks - great! Service -awful. I’ve been to this place before and couldn’t notice anything bad about it. But yesterday I came there with a company of friends, there were 10 of us. Nobody helped us to properly sit at the table, but when we found a small table they made a comment that it’s uncomfortable for them the way we sit (in that case you could have done something and make some space for us, cause it wasn’t that crowded (Wed 22:00)). We had to ask others to switch tables. After that bartenders (two ladies) NEVER smiled and weren’t nice at all. The cook was even more smiley and nice then them, but it should be vice versa. If there’s a manager of the bar, please read this and work on that issue. We’re not the first guests who have noticed rudeness and impolitenesses...

Bartenders are deciding to not serve you for personal reasons. Really professional :) according to your respond, I never treated anyone horribly there. I don’t even know them, I don’t even know what were they talking about + I always go there and drink w my friends. And everyone was nice and welcoming until yesterday. And yesterday they were refusing to explain the reason even tho I asked nicely multiple times. If I did something I really want to know what did I do. And while I was trying to talk one of your bartenders, she pushed me and other one needed to stop her. So I don’t get it who is treating horribly to who. It’s a private business or not it’s not...

They steal us because we are foreign people. They charge large beer when it was small then they didn't want to give us the exchange 1.000 Florin... Also in seconds no beer to us but the local there is no issue, to be honest if you want to be mistreated is the place..

Additionally they look at you down... Like inferior🤣.. also magically they made a mistake when we want to pay by card..with one zero. It means 14...is not 140..so if you want do be stolen as tourists..it's your place. I think it's better to put fire the bills. Like that you...
