Hütte Café Terrace — Restaurant in Budapest

I visited as this place looked like to be having a very nice ambient. But, unfortunately, issues were very bad, with the service. We were told to sit and wait, but we waited between 10 to 15 mins to order two drinks (and I saw other people arrive in the meantime, and get their drinks in 2 mins...). Then, after the drinks did come, my girlfriend found strange the taste of the lemonade she asked for, but kept drinking. When I paid (and I had to get up and go inside, to pay directly) and asked about the lemonade, the lady said that was not lemonade. And, upon the mistake done, and especially with the difference of the price involved (the alcoholic drink she served costed around 3 times more 3000 forints), I was asked if lemonade in my country was looking like that, suggesting it was my error, to not have asked about it(when I had no chance to, as while we drank, there was no service, at all ..). I did not argue with someone who is supposed to make a customer feel good, in their establishment. The lady was visibly aggressive with the suggestion and I did not contest (I don't wreck vacations with this sort of thing) So, I was forced to pay the value of something I did not order.

I must say the service level to this place is way under what Budapest has to offer. I also saw a waiter(who never ever looked at us...) Talking alone, and cursing, after going away from other tables. This is...

Sadly we received horrible service from a rude, disrespectful & unprofessional waitress. We were having cocktails & I ordered an Americano & was delivered a coffee. Yes, I'm very aware that an Americano is a coffee (I've worked in hospitality for 20 years & owned a bar/cafe) but when you have two drinks on the menu with identical names, it is the service staffs responsibility to clarify & as I mentioned, we were drinking cocktails. The place itself is nice and has a good atmosphere,too pity that the staff is rude. We had to wait 10 minutes for the waiter to show up with the menu, and another 20 minutes to get 3 drinks.When asking if we could get our order, instead of an apologie for the slow service the waitress said they were busy...really? I felt like I should beg her pardon for being there and keeping her occupied. I gave this place 2 stars only because the nice enviroment and the Somloi which was great.
