The fact that there is no scenario for being hit by a summer storm.....just makes me, THE GUEST, mad! We were just having a juce and some snacks with my sis after a tiresome day at this quite cosy terrace place (considering of having some sudden showers during our eat-out, we DELIBERATELY CHOSE a place with some cover over the head). So it happened that the storm was reaching that specific part of the city, when we were interrupted by a waitress saying we have to finish up what were just in the middle of because they have to pull down the sunshade and put everything in a safe place from the water which was going to come down to earth :) I mean, okay but why is it my headache that it is raining..... I have to pay for my half consumed snacks and drinks anyway......so I could not believe that this is happening....we had to run to the cashier and pay for sg we had no time to have normally, and I dont mean like there were 3 bites left.......I did not even see where the waiters put my drink, however they should have offered us either pouring the leftover (half of the glass!!) to a take away whatever kinda plastic cup or giving some discount at least...However the lady aplogized like 3 times but to be honest I cannot get this place serious any longer...not to mention that the staff took a shelter right after the storm hit, and gave no interest to the guests....what for, right? they paid already....the point was that the facilities like the speakers do not get wet. I felt ashamed and humiliated at the same time.....had an extremely bad evening at this place, they should have a scenario for having some rain around or warn prospective guests they cannot cope with harsh...

So we had to order everything by ourselves and bring it to the tables. We didn't know when the food was ready so we needed to check from time to time at the food station. Not very welcoming. Even though there are umbrellas so you wouldn't get too wet and there were three waitresses who could have served us! One of them was wearing a cape the whole time and being quite rude and grumpy. The cooks told us there would be table service and no one informed us that we need to order at the drinks station when we entered. As it stopped raining they started serving again. The food was ok, even though there was only little vegetarian and almost no vegan options. The salad consisted of almost only bacon and we got Gnoccis instead of the pasta we ordered. The risotto rice wasn't fully cooked and still a bit hard and the chicken was way to greasy. When we asked about the Gnocchi, they told us it was pasta... The lights were quite bright and they didn't clean the tables beforehand. The three drinks on the picture all cost the same... Although the Daiquiri is much smaller than the rest! Some of the food menu was in poor English or not very well explained (for example typical Hungarian bacon was on the menu but you couldn't find explanations on the internet). There is nothing hippy about this place, even the music is more like a party soundtrack and a...
Read moreI recommend avoiding this place.
I’ve never had a worse experience in a restaurant. In fact, to call this a restaurant suggests a level of service that doesn’t exist here - this is a shambles.
We arrived and were promptly ignored for 30 minutes. One colleague told us to use the app to order. This was impossible as the app does not accept orders. Instead, we asked three times to order and again were ignored each time. Eventually someone bothered to come over and take our order. The coffee arrived cold shortly after.
When our food came, two out of three dishes were correct and actually quite tasty (nachos are hard to get wrong after all). The third dish was a burger we didn’t ask for. We sent it back and asked for the salad we wanted. This took another half an hour during which time we decided we’d spent enough time in this hell hole and asked a colleague to cancel it and bring us the bill. Of course this didn’t happen and the salad we’d originally asked for (and cancelled) arrived ten minutes later. We rejected it (as we’d asked the previous member of staff to do) and again asked for the bill.
When the bill eventually came they had the cheek to ask us to pay the service charge and pulled their face and exchanged laughs between themselves when we asked to have it removed.
Eventually we paid and left, this was the best part of the whole experience.
My honest advice is don’t bother, there’s a McDonald’s 15...
