MiR restaurant — Restaurant in Budapest

Mediocre food at best and denigrating service. Tourist trap.... I picked a chicken sharma which was "ok". For a friend I ordered the same type of sandwich but with falafel. The falafel was deep fried in oil that was used for deep frying fish. Cold and utterly, truly utterly, disgusting. The short statue lady at the cash point showed UTTER hate to tourists. She may be in the wrong business. Why do restaurants that - without doubt - know how to make decent food have to sink so low? With the same effort of making unpalatable food you can make something delicious. It beats me why some establishments do that.....Why are you even in the business of providing food to tourists?? The food is okay, but nothing extraordinary that you would not find in another restaurant of this type... it is cheap, but generally all Turkish restaurants in Budapest move in this price range. The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE! The "boss" as the others have called him is shouting and swearing and other staff members are cheering for him. The service is one of the most horrible I have encountered lately and I eat in restaurants a lot! Avoid this place if you can and if you crave Turkish food you can find countless other places with delicious food and kind service less than 1 km away from this...

Horrible place! After reading other reviews here I see that it was not a one time occasion... The food is expensive for what it is, everything is microwaved, who knows since when sitting there in the window. The staff is extremely rude, no basic education whatsoever, shouting, not even saying hi back to costumers, almost tossing your plate in front of you... They are especially rude to tourist which is crazy since the restaurant is located in a highly touristic area. The inside of the place is dirty, not well kept.
