We went to this place to celebrate my 32nd birthday with my family. We decided to stay in an area which was right next to the Raqpart, but was not actually part of them where you could seat and hang around in front of the Danube, but close enough to the place to enjoy the music and buy some drinks. At around 1:30am, one of the security guards told us we needed to leave because we were there and not consuming from the bar. One of my family members (by the way, gay), tried to explain to him we were already leaving but we were indeed consuming from the place, while showing him the empty glasses from the bar we had with us, but the guard pushed him away twice and my cousin through him the beer away. This started a violent situation with a very high level of aggression and violence from the security guards towards my family, which ended up in all of my family members, including my wife (25) and mom (53), getting beaten by this animals. In my personal case, with several injuries including orbital bone and nose fracture. The type and intensity of aggression used by this guys was outrageous and disproportionate. Instead of using pepper spray or normal crowd control techniques, like immobilization, this guys used a kind of agression typical of gangs or thugs, including applying pressure over eyes and ears with their thumbs, punching directly to the eyes and face while the person was already immobilised in the floor, direct punches to the throat, and choking until passed out, and screaming to us SLAVES while hitting us. We have no doubt this event was all about racism, xenophobia, homophobia, gender violence and disproportionate use...
Read moreRAQPART BAR has garnered a reputation that leaves much to be desired, particularly regarding its security and customer service. The security guards exhibit aggressive behavior, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. Instead of making customers feel safe and valued, their approach often feels more confrontational than protective.
Additionally, the overall customer service experience falls short of expectations. Staff members seem to lack the training and skills necessary to engage effectively with guests, leading to a disconnect that detracts from the overall enjoyment of the establishment.
In a hospitality environment, the interaction with security and staff should enhance the experience, not diminish it. Unfortunately, RAQPART BAR misses the mark on both fronts, leaving you feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. For those seeking a pleasant night out, it may be worth considering other options that prioritize customer care and create a more...
Read moreI didn’t like the values of this bar. I went with a group of people and I carried a box of pizza with me, I had on me to take home before we decided to have a drink in a bar. They didn’t allow me to enter with a box of pizza… I told them obviously I’m not planing to have a picnic, and I’m Not gonna consume it. The security said no. I suggested we keep it on the counter by the entrance … again No. I talked with the person in charge and his reaction was the same. This is a matter of principles, it’s not okay to waste food like this and throw it in the garbage. I wouldn’t have stayed if not for the group I been with, and I personally refused to consume at their bar. Their problem solving skills and communication was way below basic competency. Not returning, not recommending it to anyone. Choose a bar where the staff is helpful and kind.U deserve positive attitude and good service … u won’t find that...
