Senbazuru Bistro — Restaurant in Budapest

My husband and I just purchased a coupon yesterday, very simple and basic process. We called the restaurant to confirm the coupon, the lady we spoke to was extremely nice, professional and welcoming. She took our reservation for today. We arrived to the restaurant, we greeted friendly. The restaurant very clean and new ! We explain to the waiter we had the coupon, we able to chose some amazing drinks. Our sushi was brought out in a short minutes, very fresh and good ! We order some spring rolls, probably the best spring roll what we every had ! After dinner we tried the Mochi dessert, it was amazing. We attempted to make an origami crane, I failed, but the server was nice enough to come over and help. Overall this is one of the best deals what we ever had ! Highly recommend, we gonna comeback ! We arrived at the restaurant after 7pm and no one was anywhere. I guess that should have been a warning sign and we should have gone somewhere else. But we were hungry, so we sat down. The food was prepared quickly and it didn't smell fresh. They were probably defrosting something in the microwave. Considering the price, we were expecting something a little better. We chose the restaurant based on the nice reviews and have no idea what they got it for. I don't understand how this place manages to make a living. Super disappointed that the egg omelette they served me on the side of the unagi eel don I ordered smelled and tasted completely off, despite the friendly staff (hence the extra star) that helped me with my takeaway order.

edit after owner's response: I think you misunderstood what I wrote completely. i like egg omelette in general. I was referring to "off" in the sense of food hygiene in my review I.e. not fresh and inedible. Please don't try to shove the blame onto your customers.
