Nice and cosy wine bar with a good selection of whites and reds. Only the rose is very underrepresented with only 1 choice. They sell also individual wines and you can open each bottle, when you pay the price + 3500 for the glasses and the service. This is a very good and reasonable offer.
Food and Drink Our main goal was to have some drinks. We startet with a Hungarian Palinka and we tried 3 different ones (Williams Christ, Quince and Cherry). Unfortunately all of the had a bad temperature and the taste was not that good at all. They need to stay in a cooler area.
After that we decided to have some white wine. After a short discussion with the Service we decided to drink the Torma Zengő Battonage 2018 for 2200 (0,125), because we wanted some in barrels matured wine. The wine itself had a good temperature but was nothing special at all. A good all day drinking white wine. At least i ordered a Espresso and I need to say: please do not drink a Espresso here. It had no crema, it was not really strong and tasty at all. In my opinion it was more water that a strong coffee.
For the Food we went to the small meat platter for 3900 Forint. This one looked very nice and the decoration was great. But the taste was not more than only usual. I missed the Hungarian style - there were only 2 choices of real Hungarian Salami.
Service The Service was fast nice and helpful. It felt very comfortable to be a guest.
Restaurant You have the choice to sit inside or outside, but they have only a limited amount of seatings and inside it can feel very crowded, if every place is booked.
Location The Wine Bar is located in a side street near the river. You can find it very easy but you need to walk there because there are not so much choices for parking your car there.

We went in for a wine tasting and what we imagined would be a 90 minute visit went over three hours. We enjoyed an incredible tour of the wine regions of Hungary and tasted so many wines we lost count. All while being educated on the intricacies of the wine by the very knowledgeable and friendly owner.
We could not have asked for a better experience and what an absolutely cool environment. There is outside seating but we stayed inside under the AC. The setting is so cozy and fun.
