We were astonished when foods arrived, beautiful designated dishes. We ordered Lax open sandwich with tomato soup and carrots cake with cream. First is the sandwich, lax is fresh, the cream cheese apple salad on top is a plus, level up the texture, on top decorate with chips, red caviar added extra flavour and texture, toast was delicious with butter, the raspberry macaroon is not sweet (love it) with crispy skin^^ Next, the carrot cake is on my standard, perfect ratio of frosting + cake + cream, not as sweet as icelandic standard. I am very delighted to have meal here surrounded by plants, artworks and big windows with open-view. 🪴

They also have difference beverages and desserts, I will come back and try them all!

I came in at 11am, wasn't too busy i love the beautiful scenery this place had to offer it looked really good on the reviews. But I found the service of the waiter appalling. She must of been having a bad day but she served me without looking at me or acknowledging me. Made me feel really uncomfortable & not a place I could enjoy my food. Her demeanor ruined my day. Don't go here if your on holiday it may dampen your day also. Coffee was below average. I think this cafe in general gives off a dampening mood to it also. The waiter at the counter. He was very nice and helpful so I rate the atmosphere a 2 for his service. But food, coffee and the waiter I rate a 1. I travel full time around the world and this was by far my worst experience...

The server never came to our table to take down our order. It wasn't terribly busy. We had to walk over, after waiting at least 10 minutes, to ask when she would come to our table.
