Mediocre bland food and bad service.

The husband and I were super excited to try this all-vegan restaurant during our stay but we were kind of really disappointed.

The restaurant looks great and cozy. That's a yay. The service was really bad, though. The waiter did not really understand or speak English at all.

To the point of where she did not understand that we were not ready to order yet because we were still broesing options or me asking if the "red tea" on the menu is actual hot tea or an ice tea was not understood

So it's not surprising that we got wrong things which we then couldn't clarify because, yeah, not understood.

After we had food, we were ignored from then on. No possibility to order more drinks or dessert (which, let's face it we wouldn't havd because we didn't like the food, but whrn judging the service it's about having the option to order more)

Anyhow. The food was ... okay ... the appearance was great but it all was really bland and meh and honestly not really tasty. They rely heavily on frying stuff for great texture (on the outside) but nothing we had really made us go "yay".

This restaurant can't hold a candle to the vegan Dragon Dim Sum options or the colorful salad at Mama or even the vegan garlic bread at the Deli. Just uninspired, mediocre and left us kind of disappointed and unsatisfied.

We had 2 appetizers and 2 mains and all of it was edible but we would not order any of them again or come back for more. Cannot...

First time visiting Iceland and after being in France a few days and starving for colorful and crunchy foods, this was a breath of fresh air; vegan hog heaven. This is a Loving Hut but with a different name. We’ve been to several Loving Huts in Florida, Georgia, and California and none have ever had the presentation of this one. The food is laid out so beautifully, even the way the vegetables are prepared is so well done. I had eggplant that was actually throughly cooked and not semi raw like so many places are serving it. You feel like it is a fine vegan dining experience. The biggest problem is the parking situation. We just left the airport, driving an unfamiliar car, in a new country and it’s freezing outside and we drove around for a good 20 minutes just looking for a place to park the car. Although it was 8 in the evening and there are lots of parking “garages” all around, they were all full! Anyway, the food was outstanding and the vibe of the place is great. The service was also efficient. The lady was taking waiting on the tables as people trickled in and she remembered everything we ordered without writing anything down but not messing anything up. We were served all our dishes in a timely manner as well which seems to be a struggle at every...

Nice restaurant with good vegan dishes!! We have got a good experience in general, prices are very good💲and taste and portions are good in general 🍲 There are just two points to get better, and this two are the reasons to don't put 5 stars 🌟

➡️The waitress came 3 times in 15 minutes when we arrived to take our order, but we weren't ready yet. She was like putting pressure on us to order and this is not nice 😡 It takes time for me to decide what I want to order, and because this is not a fast food restaurant I like to check the menu before decide, so please, be more patient with the customers because I have got the feeling that you want us to order, eat and leave in a hurry to have more customers. ➡️ On the door we were sitting (one next to the window) the floor was shaking every 1 or 2 minutes, and this is because the door of the restaurant downstairs, which is another different one. Every time someone was opening the door, the floor was shaking like an small earthquake. This might sounds exaggerated, but it's not 😳!! Would be nice if you do something to fix the problem.

Despite all of this, is a place to recommend, the guy who speaks English well was asking us if the dishes were good and asking for an opinion, which was...

Had a very peaceful solo dinner here. Music played very quietly, and the crowd around 7pm on a Wednesday was sparse. I got the pad Thai, which wasn't like many other pad thais I've had before–the noodles were thicker and it was loaded with onions and (I think) cabbage. It was good, though! For dessert I ordered the "tiramisu" which was more like a dense cookie cake topped with a light coconut cream cheese frosting. I enjoyed it but I wouldn't call it a must-try, and I don't think it was worth the price. The service wasn't all that attentive or friendly, but the food came out quickly. All in all a decent dinner!
