Today me and my friend went to Nandini restaurant, we are regular visitor to this restaurant as our office is near to it. We ordered veg biryani and paneer shooley as we both are vegetarian and unfortunately my friend found a dead cockroach in the food at the end when there was small quantity left. It was really a worst situation for us and both of us starting feeling like to vomit but we controlled ourself.We shown it to manager and he apologies to us. The further situation has made our feeling more worse when they generated a bill of half food to pay us but later one gentleman came and asked us not to pay. We were 2 families including 3 kids visited this place for food for the first time yesterday around 3pm. We placed the order and waited for almost 20 minutes, nobody even served water even after 4 follow-ups in 30 minutes. We had requested white rice to be brought first as the kids were hungry and it came after 30 minutes only. Whichever starter we ordered was not available, whatever was available was tasty but the service was the worst. Waiters, servers and 3 ladies who were appointed for hospitality - they were just standing there the whole time and not even willing to serve water even after 3 follow-ups, we walked to the table nearby kitchen area where jugs were kept and served ourself water. Kids wanted to use the restroom post lunch just to figure out they were very poorly maintained. Ladies restroom flush was not working on a way that whenever we flush water and everything comes out and floats. Gents restroom was even more worse.
