Read moreExtremely Disappointed with Delivery Delay and Rude Behaviour
I’ve been ordering from Domino’s for over 7 years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
I placed an order at 10:00 PM and received it only around 12:00 AM — a 2-hour delay. I had a train to catch and politely called the delivery guy three times, requesting him to deliver as soon as possible. Despite that, he showed no urgency.
Even after escalating to the store manager twice, the delivery person finally called and lied about reaching the location. I could clearly hear he was still driving. Once nearby, he stopped 300 meters away and refused to come near the building, even when I could see him standing near the main road.
Instead of delivering the order, he kept asking for random landmarks again and again, acting confused while being just outside the right street. It felt like he was intentionally wasting time and avoiding the effort to complete the delivery properly.
To make it worse, the food was completely cold and not edible by the time I received it.
This experience was not just frustrating, it was deeply disappointing for a long-time loyal customer. The behaviour of the delivery executive was unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely rude.
I expect a formal apology and a full refund for this order. A simple “sorry” won’t make up for this kind...
Read moreI visited this branch with my friends and we are extremely disappointed with the service. Post our order, we were told that on adding 4rs, we would get a mousse cake as a combo. Later when we checked the bill, the actual amount was summing up to around 742, plus that 4rs which would mean 746, but the total was written as 846, wherein the entire cost of the cake had been taken into account, that was 100rs extra. On enquiring, they couldn't come up with a logical response and said that they had taken the cost of crust of Non veg loaded extra, due to which the cost got increased. Now this wasn't shown in the bill, and moreover, non veg loaded, being a part of pizza mania doesn't have any other option of adding different crust at extra cost, being a dedicated customer of Domino's, we knew this. This was clearly an act of fraudulence, or maybe an error which they didn't accept. We have been regular customer of Domino's, but post this incident, our trust has considerably reduced, especially we aren't going to visit this branch ever again. Also a piece of advice, if you are being told about any combo offers, please check the details properly to avoid such...
