KFC — Restaurant in Kolkata

Very rude behaviour from staff's side. I went with my father and he's a handicapped patient. Miss Amrita, one of the staff members wasn't able to process online payment from one of the guests there so she held a long queue there even though there were two operating systems. Even if that wasn't enough, she could clearly see my father standing in front of her holding a stick trying to talk to her, her behaviour was so rude towards him, she would roll her eyes at him, hardly answered his questions or ignored him completely. Apart from that I also noticed her ways and gestures with other guests also seemed pretty rude. If you are not interested in serving your customers ma'am, please stay at the back station and do not face customers if you cannot greet or help them properly. It's my humble request to put aside your attitude even if it's related to your personal life at least to show respect to your workplace if not the customers. Be aware of the dishonest and inefficient staffs of this outlet, specially when you are taking parcel from here. I went twice this week for take away and had very bad experience. When I visited 14 Aug, my order was served after 50 minutes though they committed 15 min while taking order. When they delivered the food to me I noticed they didn't give me the drinks. They provided me after I asked. After I came back to my hotel with the food, I noticed 2 more issues. They included 4 dips in my order without asking me. Also they charged me for 3 carry away bags while they used only 2. My learning was not enough. So I went again on 17 Aug. This time I ordered with a different staff. I was happy to see that I got my pack ready in 15 min. But again, when I'm back to my hotel, I discovered, they didn't give me the 2 snackers. My daughter who was waiting for her meal couldn't have it at all.

I wonder how KFC is running this outlet with such irresponsible staffs. The staff who served me on the 1st day was...

Not that good as the brand value.. Often they used to serve chicken that were mostly coated more than used to be.Sometime chicken were completely get cooled. Please mention them if the food will not ok , I assure that you will get back your money refunded that is under the terms of kfc. Please be careful during order receiving,they used to add dips without your concern even sometimes they misguided you, if you ordered a regular lime soda they modify it in to a mojito by asking to add mint leaves,etc Paytm payment is not possible using upi as the connectivity inside that place is very weak. Be careful about the bill price and also about the side items if their any like French fries, choco lash etc because they used hold that thing while giving you the items and finally you may miss that.

Must try : everyone knew well what to order or not at kfc.. One personal advice ,please ignore the place if you are not too much...
