Ruchika Restaurant — Restaurant in Kolkata

Not so much good. But Price is so high compare to food quantity and quality. So many restaurant present in Esplanade. Ruchika one of them also famous. Food quality is average. Atmosphere is good, u can spend time with your family, friends. But everytime I noticed the service boy asking for tips. I think tips we give our own interest but I didn't like the way how they are asking for tips,, one of forcing for giving tips. This is not good way. Not so much big restaurant. Most of people who have visit Esplanade I think they also know about Ruchika. I ordered French fries, hyderabad chicken biriyani, chicken curry. French fries test good. Hyderabad chicken biriyani, I have tried 2 times here, because biriyani option is only this. Chicken curry they serving 2 leg piece with gravy. Combo pack also present, mainly Chinese food and Chinese comby so much available. Momos, rolls, noodles, different types of starter, fried rice, chili combo( veg-nonveg), different drinks, available. Esplanade is one of the famous and very popular place in Kolkata. Every type of things are available here and low to high price. Every person can achieve easily starting from mall to footpath. Everytime so much...

Located in New Market. I am going to this place from a very small age and had a good experience earlier. Recently went there for lunch after shopping I had four bags so I sat on a four seating table, the old man who stands near the door came and asked me why am I sitting on a four seating table when there is two of us I said we will change if someone comes since I have so many bags I need to keep it on chair but he said me in a very rude manner to change the seats. I was very offended but since I was hungry and it was late I ate my lunch there. Food - 4 /5 . I love their taste and quality of food, the price is reasonable as well however I find Service - 0/5 The services is too bad, late as well we need to sit for more than 40 minutes for the waiter to come and ask us for our order the behavior of the staff is disgusting they must learn to behave with the customers. Ambience - 4/5 I am visiting this place since a long time it had a very common setup earlier but after their renovation the ambience and decor one would love. It is too colorful and gives you a cool vibe even to waiters and staffs wear cuatomized funky...

One of the beautifuly decorated restaurant you can find near esplanade..It is in the new market area just opposite of the dominoz..It is situated behind the soft toys soft that are settled in the foots of the new market complex..The ambience is good..You can chill there with your friends or family..The staff is good..but the service is little slow..The price is a bit high compared to the other restaurants..The quality of food is average..The variety preparation of chickens you feel almost same taste..The preparation are little bit off not upto the mark.But the rice preparation I had is good..The most I like about the place is that they serve water from a jug which contains tulsi and lemon in it which makes the essence of water wonderful..no other places i had found that.The restaurant has AC and a soothing instrumental is playing throughout which makes you feel relaxed.wonderful quotes regarding foods are written on the wall and have different potraits..The place has no parking place you have to park far away..It has a ice cream parlour.You can order online also through zomato or swiggy.All of I had an average...
