Brik is located in Fort and it is accurately available on Google Maps hence easy to find.
The restaurant is decent in size and the ambiance is welcoming. Loved the dim lightings during lunch hours and the ceiling has artificial plants and it looks amazing. The bar looks great and the wall has rustic look with sports related items kept everywhere.
They specialise in Italian, American, Chinese, Continental and Japanese cuisine plus this is a vegetarian only restaurant. The menu here is excellent however I would recommend adding the basic North Indian too as that will appeal more to people. Prices are not too high and the quantity served is satisfying.
I went here for lunch and the kitchen service was on time and table service by staff Aditya was perfect as he was attentive and he knew the menu well.
What We Had - APPETISERS~ Firecracker Paneer with Garlic Chips - Fresh paneer tossed in schezwan style sweet spicy sauce topped with fried garlic chips tasted great. Loved the taste of the sauce and even after so much of garlic in this dish the flavours were not overpowering.
Thai Herb Vegetable Dumpling - Generous filled with veggies these dumplings had nice taste of lemongrass and the crunch of the veggies was excellent. The dips served along went really well with the dumplings.
Popcorn Sushi - A unique concept and taste wise good however the makhana on the top should be fried and then added in the sushi as putting it directly makes it difficult to eat as it was hard and chewy.
MAINS~ Green Garlic Risotto - This risotto was perfect. The creamy texture and loads of garlic in this tasted excellent and the best part being the rice was cooked well.
Chilli Oil Noodles - Simple yet super tasty due to the amazing smokey chilli oil. The noodles tasted good due to the right amount of chilli oil used in this as it wasn’t too spicy.
Desserts were not available as their bakery was not functioning.
MOCKTAILS~ Basil Grass Paradise. Blushing Brik Kitties. Both the mocktails tasted great and had nice flavours.

Mocktails: A Refreshing Start
We began with the Mocktail Summer Delight, a vibrant blend of tropical flavors that instantly evoked images of sunny beaches. This drink was perfectly balanced, with a refreshing sweetness and a hint of citrus that made it the ideal start to our meal.
Next up was the Mocktail Berry Sweet Heart, a delightful concoction bursting with the essence of fresh berries. The mix of flavors was both refreshing and satisfying, making it hard to choose a favorite between the two.
Starters: A Perfect Prelude
The starters set the tone for the evening. The Corn and Cheese Cigar Roll was a crispy delight. Each bite revealed a gooey, cheesy center that complemented the sweet corn perfectly. Paired with a tangy dipping sauce, it was a hit at the table.
Equally impressive were the Peri Peri Paneer Popcorn. These spicy morsels packed a punch, with the peri peri seasoning providing a bold kick that was well-balanced by the creamy paneer. It was a perfect appetizer for those who love a little heat.
