H Parmesha Sandwich Corner — Restaurant in Mumbai

If someone wants to learn marketing, watch the owner interact with his customer for a while. He is splendid at it, add to it his choice of sandwiches and flavor was worthy of every minute spent. On my trip to Mumbai, we drove 2 hrs to reach this sandwich shop opp Bombay stock exchange in peak traffic hours. But the drive (and crazy traffic) was all worth it. The owner asked us how many people were us, and accordingly dished out specialty sandwiches one after other! A snack trip turned into dinner as we hogged 5 sandwiches between the 3 of us!

Enjoyed every flavor of each of those sandwiches and was blown by the combination of jam, cheese, chocolate topped by garlic masala! But somehow was tasting good

Shall definitely revisit for some of the old basic...

He is always waving to his customers, taking orders over the phone, giving suggestions to his customers about what to order when asked, obtaining feedback and keeping his staff alert about attending to customers. No wonder this place has very good reviews.

The sandwiches made by him are unique in the way that he doesn't use the conventional triangular shape bread for a Club Sandwich; he uses the square shaped bread instead.
