Ideal Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

Extremely Unhygienic and Unsafe Food.

My entire family fell seriously ill after consuming meat from this place. We had clearly mentioned that the meat was undercooked, but the staff completely ignored our concern and refused to take any action. The place was visibly dirty and infested with cockroaches, a major red flag for any food establishment.

Shortly after eating, I had to be admitted to the hospital due to severe food poisoning. The vomiting wouldn't stop, and it was later confirmed that the meat served was raw and stale. This is beyond unacceptable.

It's disgusting that they prioritize money over people's health and well-being. Even after lodging a complaint, there was no follow-up or attempt to correct their mistake. I’ve suffered immensely because of their greed, negligence, and complete disregard for hygiene and food safety.

Please take this as a serious warning — avoid this place at all costs.

They even charged full 10,000/- rs bill. Which first thal was completely stale. so greedy and no shame. Also Multiple items was added in the bill too and took the charge of that dirty uncooked, stale meat. food Bill paid 10000 but hospital bill was 1...

I visited this place for the first time there are to different sitting areas available at this restaurant one is with AC and the other one is without AC there are many more restaurants next to this restaurant but we decided to visit this one. We ware total 7 people and we ware sitting in AC dining area when we visited this place this place was bit crowded but we found our place to sit soon. After that we ordered for our food the service was bit slow but the food was hot and tasty food at this place is expensive if you want to visit this place dont choose AC dining choose the one without AC because the food rate is much more expensive in AC room same food but all most more then double rats so i would suggest you to go for regular dining.

This dish is compatible for 7 people 7 people can eat this easily. There are various Chicken and mutton dishes in one plate. Must eat if you are in a group or with friends.

Price is too high but...

Ideal is an ideal restaurant if taste is what matters the most. Ambiance is quite simple with 3 types of seatings i.e. AC, non-ac and Dastarkhan.

Ordered - Aab Murg and Chicken Manchow Soup (Both were extremely good but, Aab Murg's chicken could've been better) Crispy chicken and Chicken Tikka (Crispy was tasty and it's worth ordering but Tikka was a disappointment) Dabba Ghosht, Prawns Masala, Chicken Lazeez (All the mains were amazing and I was more than happy with the Prawns Masala which I'd recommend) Chicken Kepsa (With two huge pieces of chicken and masala of 'dum' biryani, this Kepsa is worth ordering)

The place is really nice in terms of taste but the quantity isn't that great. Talking about service, it's the area which needs a lot of improvement. Staff doesn't have any knowledge about the menu and recommends only what's high on price. Doesn't listen when you call which may spoil the mood but overall it's a place worth the money and...
