Absolutely outstanding! My stay at the Hotel Harbour view was a dazzling foray into the pinnacle of luxury hospitality. From the moment I set foot inside the lobby, I was swept into a world where every detail is curated for ultimate comfort and elegance.
The staff's attention to service was without parallel, greeting me with warm smiles and attentiveness that bespoke their professional training and genuine care. The concierge was a treasure trove of local knowledge, guiding me to the city's hidden gems and ensuring my itinerary was as enriching as it was effortless.
My room was a haven of plush tranquility, with a bed that embraced me like a cloud and amenities that catered to my every need. The attention to detail was evident, from the high thread count linens to the tasteful art that graced the walls. The panoramic view of the city skyline was nothing short of breathtaking, a majestic backdrop to a room that was clearly designed with the discerning traveler in mind.
Dining at the hotel was a journey through culinary excellence. Every dish served was a masterpiece, balancing flavors and presentation to create an unrivaled dining experience. The waitstaff was impeccable, anticipating each need and enhancing my meals with their expertise and finesse.
The leisure facilities boasted an opulent spa, where I indulged in a blissful massage that melted away the travel fatigue, and a state-of-the-art fitness center that offered an invigorating start to the day. The pool area was a serene oasis, inviting relaxation beneath a canopy of stars after dusk.
What truly set the [Hotel Name] apart was the seamless fusion of grandeur and intimate warmth. Despite its luxurious offerings, the atmosphere was one of welcoming grace, making it clear that the hotel's star rating was not merely awarded, but profoundly earned.
In conclusion, the Hotel Lobby is not just a place to stay; it is a place to be deeply cherished. It stands as a towering testament to the heights hospitality can reach and has left an indelible mark on my heart as the standard bearer for five-star experiences. It's a high recommendation for anyone seeking a stay that's as memorable as it is...
Read moreThe name and the view are the usp of this hotel. However, the lack of service and discipline among the staff is a huge disappointment. Stayed here on my business trip for a couple of days, was impressed and attracted by the sea facing feature of this hotel and payed a hefty fee for the stay. However, I realized within a single day that I have made a huge mistake as the buffet was not available even when I went on time. When I asked the staff, they ignored me at first and kept on recommending other places outside for eating. On repeated queries they told that the buffet was over. However I went the very next morning at the time which was the scheduled start of the buffet and still I got the same reply. The staff was very rude, they did not answer me and kept on making excuses. They were always ignoring all my requests. The bedsheets in my room was shabby and when I asked the staff to change it, they told me that they can't. This was probably the worst business trip that I ever had. Took a long time to check out also. Very unprofessional, unclean and rude. These guys don't know the value of other people's money. Will never visit this hotel ever again and won't recommend it too. Read moreThe hotel is located in a great area.. in the same line as the Taj Mahal hotel and minutes away from the Gateway of India by walk..located on the third floor of the premises of another hotel you might actually think you found the wrong place but just walk straight in take the elevator to the third floor and you get to the front desk of Harbor View..the staff was friendly and nice and the room was super clean..its a bit on the smaller side and feels a tad cramped but the bathroom was incredible, fairly large and super modern looking..the rain shower was one of the best showers I've ever experienced and especially for India..extremely high pressure and ultra relaxing..One of the things that could be upgraded is the modernity of the room doors..they're still pretty old school with actual keys to open and close the door and you have to hand the keys in to the front desk everytime you leave the room (even for breakfast) which can be quite annoying..Although I didn't have any issues or reasons to think that the security of my possessions was in question, turning in the keys every time could also make someone worried about their possessions being easily accessible...
